Individual mandate

With what has been going on with the individual mandate website problems on sign up and sticker shock of new rates I think the white house is going to wait until the CR and debt limit gets passed. Then the white house will see how those issues are working out. Take a look at Obamas' polling numbers.

Then the white house may get their talking points together and delay the individual mandate crediting President Obama with making a major decision on the issue.

The white house is out to destroy republicans no matter what costs the nation incurs to do it.

See what happens.

Obamacare website

If the Obamacare websites run anything like the Veterans Affairs websites good luck with it. Wait until the database is up for your Obamacare health records. ROFL

One thing about Obamacare health records database they will have your medical records on tap if anyone files for social security disability. Good luck with that. Green laugh

Obama erects barrycades

To keep the American people out of memorials and off federal land but he can not erect a fence to keep out illegals.

Will they put up a barrycade around the perimeter of yellowstone?

A Guide to the Supreme Court's Affordable Care Act Decision

A Guide to the Supreme Court’s Affordable Care Act Decision

http://kaiserfamilyfoundation.files.wordpress.com/2013/01/8332.pdf

excerpt:
On the last day of the 2011-2012 Term, the United States Supreme Court issued its long-anticipated
opinion about the Affordable Care Act (ACA). In a case known as
National Federation of Independent
Business v. Sebelius,
1
the Court agreed to consider the constitutionality of two major provisions of the ACA: the individual mandate and the Medicaid expansion. A majority of the Court upheld the individual mandate. And, while the Court found the Medicaid expansion unconstitutionally coercive of states, because states did not have adequate notice to voluntarily consent and the Secretary could potentially withhold all of a state’s existing federal Medicaid funds for non-compliance, a majority of the Court found that this issue was appropriately remedied by circumscribing the Se cretary’s enforcement authority, thus leaving the Medicaid expansion intact in the ACA. This policy brief describes the Court’s decision and looks ahead to the implementation of health reform now that the constitutionality of the ACA has been resolved.

Democrats have lost reality of governing

They are throwing tantrum fits. They want sole rule in government. The GOP are just an inconvenience in their way.

This is showing the American people who they really are.

What will Obamacare do to get signups

I think they will force people to sign up who show up at government agencies. They could set up offfices locally and call people in one by one and force people to sign up. They could have Obamacare agents stationed at medical facilities and doctors offices to force signup.

Count on it.
