DNC in the stadium

I seen talk about the convention being held in the stadium. With 72,000 seats to fill for the big speech would be a tall order to do even busing people in.

I looked at the 5 day weather for Charlotte yesterday and thunder storms circling the area up until around fri. Who would want to go to the stadium on any of the three days and sit thru the whole time with possibility of big rain. Bad enough taking a chance on a 3 hour sporting event.

I just seen they have a big possibility of moving to an indoor arena seating 20,000.

Good move on their part.

Unlike the GitHub code, this widget is powered by the Obama campaign and presumably shares a would-be voter’s contact information with the campaign. The campaign’s privacy policy says it uses information provided to its site to send newsletters, to serve ads and to help people find their polling place.
