Here's a list of the "Target Play Due States" for the Pick-3 and Pick-4 games today, Sunday 12/16/2012.

Now this is a list of the BEST states to play in today, but should not stop you from playing if YOUR state is not on the list. These are the  states we are looking for our Pick-3 and Pick-4 numbers from Table I and Table II (Pick-4 Games) and Table 3 (Pick-3) to fall today.
