you may say why i dont create universities and let them teach college courses for free? Because then if i do that the entire world will be against you and they will try whatever means to defeat you...Also dont forget is better to have a PhD and not have a job than not to have one and not have a job...

You know this gave me a VERY GOOD IDEA..Normally you go to college for 5 or 4 years and get a degree but the courses you take when you are taking a 4 or 5 year degree for the most part the courses are given 1 on monday the other on thursday or 1 on monday the other on wednesday and the other on friday and this made me realize something...What if you took all your courses everyday or what if you took your courses everyday including saturdays and had sundays off like a regular job...Then at that pace you could finish and get a degree in 2 years...Plus most courses expect you to have summers off...And what if you return to the bimester period...you will definately finish in 2 years or in 2.5 years...lol...Before there was the bimester period and it didnt make them slower than people now...One reason why college is expensive is because books are expensive also in the USA but if books were cheaper it will not be the case...Also about the $500 a month if it is too little put yourself in the shoes of a country where the cost of living is low....

Also they need to invent a way to make radio go through the same phone lines or light lines that way you can hear every radio station crispy clear...Also they need to make radio be more like the internet a means where people can publicicy ideas not something where people listen to music...Let radio come with the electricity lines and people pay a 50 cents charge to their electricity bill...Dude if there is something i hate is wanting to listen to a particular radio station later to find out that i am losing the signal...Also have you noticed that not even cell phones come with radio...Nowadays more people are using cell phones over house phone because the bill is cheaper i think...So if house phone is going out of style why not use it for radio or why not use it jointly with radio...Again radio needs a makeover...TV comes from cable lines and it comes out crispy clear why cant radio do the same...Not only that, THERE IS NOT ENOUGH RADIO STATIONS...that crap of radio you buy for 30 bucks that comes with like 15 to 20 radio stations 7 in am and 7 in fm is crappy, i am talking been able to listen to: 2,000 radio stations in your radio you take your pick...Again radio needs a makeover....And why not have a computer screen, again pay attention to detail..i said a computer screen i didnt say a tv screen, but why not have a computer screen that listen to radio that gets radio from the phone lines or electricity lines that display computer imagines and not tv imagines but that display computer images related to what they are saying on the radio since if i am not mistake doing a publicity on a computer comes out incredibly cheaper way cheaper for pennies on the dollar compared to doing something on tv...Think about it as a RADIO TV WITH COMPUTER SCREEN but is not TV is radio tv with computer imagines....Isnt it true that anybody with a computer can make a commercial or make an ad so why not use that technology to put it on a Computer screen but listening to radio....Like for instance advertisement on the RAdio, they can show you a computer picture of what it is instead of a tv picture which is exorbitantly more expensive...

It will be like a second TV except that this is not a TV but a Radio TV and while you listen to the RAdio TV who knows a video game is playing or something important...You know take advertisment on this RADIO TV, imagine looking at a huge COMPUTER SCREEN but the computer screen is showing you like a site with pictures of clothings, or products and since it is a radio it is telling you, the price of them..Is a good way to advertise...The internet is nice but it doesnt have sound...while this RADIO TV HAS SOUND...

So instead of you buying a RADIO you buy a COMPUTER SCREEN TO LISTEN TO RADIO TO LISTEN TO ALL OF IT...

with one of those phones you can hear somebody crystal clear from any where in the country and yet the phone goes through your ear, you LISTEN TO IT THROUGH YOUR EAR what happens when you are listening on a radio? IT GOES THROUGH YOUR EAR...So isnt listening to radio same thing as picking up the phone and listening to 20 homes speak on the phone at the same time and you can hear them all and switch which one you want to listen to at a time and you can hear them crystal clear not like that crap of radio where certain radio stations you cant hear them...ES mas is even better, why dont you take a radio station and tell them that whatever they are saying to announce it over the phone while i listen to it on the house phone and put speakers to my house phone it will sound the same as listening to the radio except that is clearer the sound and i dont have to put up with that crap of a handful of radio stations losing signal...

Also what if you take this Radio TV and you build into one of them a translator to translate to whatever language you want or caption in the same language that way you can better learn i dont know English or whatever language you want that way you learn English faster because the caption of the tv is always seconds behind sometimes 20 or 30 seconds behind...plus you are listening to language how people talk not to TV tv is more of a refine language and many times a dummer language....

I am not an expert in those kinds of stuff nor am i going to claim that i am...

And what about radio that gives nothing but news all day news from around the world, 24/7 and important facts...i would set aside money for it but it first needs a makeover...I am also sick and tire of listening to radio and hearing nothing but politics and is not even politics is opinion about politics...

a lot of people will say: Oh radio is free....radio is NOT FREE, is paid by advertisers and advertisers are the ones that maintain the radio stations...

this gave me a second idea...What if you was to "LISTEN" TO THE INTERNET....Everything you read is READ TO YOU WITH A PARTICULAR VOICE...Or how about having a special screen where whereever you point the mouse it reads to you...

They come out to 26 numbers...If you was to apply filters you might cut that in half or 12 combinations...But here is the tricky part...Notice that all those combinations do not have 1 number that is from 6-10 which it will have but if it does have IS A SEPARATE ISSUE, A SEPARATE SET OF COMBINATIONS...If it has 2 numbers going from 6-10 that's also a separate set of combination...That's what you must guess, you must guess whether it will have 1 number going from 6-10 or 2 numbers from 6-10, actually is mostly the second letter or third letter the first letter you dont have to guess that...Remember all this while you are deducing...

So you got to guess whether it will have 1 number going from 6-10 or 2 numbers from 6-10 basically you got to guess a "YES OR NO"....you basically have to guess between 1 and 2...It gets better i have not done the calculations but if is 1 number higher going from 6-10 [treat 0 as 10] then is a separate set of combinations that you got to play alone that come out to like 15 tickets....You can filter further if you like and you might reduce it to 7 tickets half of it...Remember this is the second or third letter/digit...If it has 2 numbers higher going from 6-10 is also a separate sets of combination that you got to play alone and it also comes out to like 15 tickets and if you apply further filters it might come out to: 7 tickets...Remember this is the second or third letter/digit...

So basically to get Pick3 "STRAIGHT" you got to guess between 1 to 4 and after you are done you got to guess between 1 and 2...Did i mention that you win pick3 "Straight" if you are correct...

So you have 3 choices to make basically...

26 tickets or 15 tickets or 15 tickets...You got to CHOOSE 1 of the 3 you can't choose all 3...And you are guessing between 1 to 4 and then 1 or 2...

Theoretically speaking that's how it looks...

What you got to do is guess between any of the 4 of the LHH combos that i mentioned [i described them to you already], and in this case if you chose LLH you write the LLH=0 with you and all you got to do is choose 1 or 2 meaning LLH=1 or LLH=2 which you will take with you and add it to the LLH=0 either one that you choose 1 or 2 it will come out total to in this case: 17 tickets...If you apply filter you will reduce it to 8 and that's it and you win "STRAIGHT" dont have to worry whether you will get it box in Pick3...

 

You know you could go even further with this..You could view Pick6 as 2 Pick3's [if you have been following my blog] do this with the first 3 ending digits of Pick6 and the last 3 ending digits of Pick6 and view them as 2 pick3's guess between any of the 4 of the LHL combos pick one, then choose/guess 1 of the =0; =1 or =2 you filter it which will come out to like 3 tickets for the first 3 ending digits of Pick6 and 3 tickets for the last 3 ending digits of Pick6...3x3=9, how much did deducing came out to? 21 tickets, so it will be: 9 x 21 = $189 tickets/dollars that you got to spend AND YOU WIN PICK6/WIN FOR LIFE LOTTO...

How will you like $1,000 a week for life you are going to say: oh is only for 20 years, no problem how about $500 a week for 40 years...How old are you now? 40? it will serve you for 40 more years...

You could apply this same theory to Pick4 view it as a combination game view it as 2 UNITED Pick2's/0-9 and do the same procedure and deduce and you win "straight"....deducing for Pick4 comes out to like 8 tickets....

Most people are the same way i am, they dont want to win 200 million it will be nice to them but a lot of them will be happy with playing 20 dollars the same combination on Pick4 "Straight"....

There are 13 H-L-H-H combos i think...but they are not all...YOu got to guess if they are "higher or lower" meaning if is: 8 or 3 or if is: 0 or 5...also notice something...the first letter if is H it means is from 4-5...If is L is from 1-3...The second letter it means if is L it means is Lower than the 1st letter but you still have to guess its duplicate...The third letter if is H it means is Higher than the second letter but you still have to guess its duplicate for example whether is 8 or 3 or whether is 4 or 9...the fourth letter if is L it means is Lower than the third letter...And this way you will have deduced the winning number and all you got to guess is between 1-13....After it you can apply filters further if you like...

all you got to do is finding out which number goes where and whether the number that follows it is higher or lower than preceeding number...Each L is a number...

You know this is only if you have been following my previous blogs...You could view Pick4 as a combination game and not a permutation game, crunch it to half then convert it to a permutation game the different numbers use this method and you probably have to guess between 1 and 6 or 1 and 4...AND YOU WOULD HAVE CRACKED PICK4... but i still dont know how much the deducing comes out to...Again this is only if you have been following my previous blogs...if not dont worry about it is only: 1 in 13...And just to think that a supercomputer could not do it....Not trying to brag but if the deducing doesn't comes out too too much numbers I JUST SCORED a: 100% on the prediction board without making a single prediction...Again this is ONLY if the deducing doesnt come out to too much numbers and remember you can always apply further filters...I am kind of happy because if it works i just cracked a: game with 500 million odds...I've always said: Pick4 is harder than Powerball...All that is missing now is "Scratchoffs"....IF IT WORKS...
