THIS MADE ME THINK OF SOMETHING...in the USA people only see movies from the USA AND IN EUROPE THEY ONLY SEE MOVIES FROM EUROPE...What if you could watch movie from other countries you pay a very small fee and the fee includes translation and service...they translate the movie or show for you i am talking without caption complete translation but they charge you a small fee...but because the movies/shows are not from your country they charge you just a small charge...nowadays they got technology where you can pause and watch in another tv but no translation technology...the same way other regtions can get the USA or other continents shows translated but for a small fee...

ANOTHER GOOD USE FOR HORSES...You know how some countries use local currency, local currency is also use within a province...Guesss what??With the passage of time, fuel/petroleum will only increase....Well You could make those old movie westerns carriages with with like 12 horses and you transport vegetables, fruits, from the crops to the local places stores...Guess what? this will cut the price of the food at the store to more than half...i didnt say half i said more than half, like: 80% but only within a province...All you have to do is build a special road for them...But this is only provincially actually district wise...also you know the wheel of the carriage?? place a tire on them or they can be made out of metal...For the price of a tip truck that costs: $200,000 you can buy like: 100,000 carriages...you dont have to make them like in the movies you can make them bigger....You could even use oxes or bulls...and is less pollution...And it give horses something to do....you then charge people who are going to buy the fruits you charge them: 2-3 pennies extra that will go into cleaning the roads for horses solid wastes...Most of the price of food/vegetables goes into fuel transporting them...

You know something you could do...You could create a carriage driven by bicycles that uses several people [the 3 and 4 passengers bicycles] and transport them that way but the cost that each human will required...But something you can do is allow people who want to exercise to hop in, only those that want to exercise and this way you dont have to pay them...is just a thought...Dont know if you can use motorcycles...Also thinking about this...You know those tipster trucks for longer distance transportation...well you can use buses too, like old busess, they can also transport fruits and vegetables...
