Eating with Sticks or not washing your hands or other very old traditions...Instead ask people to visit the grave of their dead and pray to them and pray for blessings or on a particular day of the week, visit their grandfather/grandmother be very friendly to them and assist them in whatever they need and please them...Is a lot better...Only the grandfather and grandmother....OR the elderly...OR/AND be more friendly to women, pleasing women in anything they need/want...or the disabled....or midgets....

Wearing leather sandals like the ones the romans used, particularly the one the romans used...Instead ask them to love their breathen....

Is a lot better....Or pleace little kids, 1-6 years old...Is a lot better...

or you can ask them to travel if they can visit other countries or to donate instead just, 25 cents...or visit the birthplace of their diety...

Also let´s say you spend: $50 every 3 months on gardens did you know those $50 in 1 year is: 4 years worth of detergent to wash clothes...With those: $50 you could buy your kids sun screen lotion, or shades with UV rays protection for your kids, vitamins/supplement for your kids eyesight. give your kids any injections they might need....You can pay: $20 a year for a house damage insurance in case of something happening...

Any rich company/billionaire/welloff person/country/millionaire/region who wants to contribute into sponsoring research into making bananas last longer or make them not get hurt when they bump...I heard bananas last: 5 days only....

Guys is a true story...Wednesday the 15th 2 or 3 days ago i had gotten up, VERY EARLY, VERY EARLY i had gone to the local shop to buy breakfast...2 blocks from my house i was going to cross the street, i looked to my left then i looked to my right a car was coming on my left, looked at my right no car was coming...The car on my left didnt look like it was coming at full speed...There was a bag whirling in the wind, tumbling in the wind...It landed RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME...I was going to cross the road, a 2 lane road, left in one direction, right in another...I thought the car on my left wasnt coming at full speed...For a fraction of a second i thought, step on the bag, that´s a myth....I was going to step on the bag but something told me to look to my left again, i looked was startled of how fast the car was coming and how close it was to pass my by, i was startled because i thought had i made the step it would had hit me...The car passed me by SO FAST...After the car passed by i stepped on the bag and guess what???? I TRIPPED/SLIP....It must had happened like: almost 7am or 7:30 am...

Also guys, you might be someone who workouts everyday and you are skinny, very skinny and you might be a workout fanatic but listen, sometimes is not you...You might not believe it, it might be your spouse or someone who likes your spouse, sometimes believe it or not you might work out so much in the gym that you are the boss of your neighborhood and you might not know and and that will piss someone off, sometimes is how cute/handsome you look, pisses a lot of people off, sometimes it might be, features rankings or features wars you might be of a higher ranking feature or lower ranking feature: in 1 race, there is like: 700 rankings of features sometimes without you knowing it is you skin ton, there is skin tone rankings...Sometimes is OLDER PEOPLE, they look at you, they look at you and feel bad and wish it was them or if they are down they want you down with them, is a lot of factors, sometimes is race or neighboorhood dispute...Anyone could go to your house and pour who knows on your food just for spite...Sounds silly...Sometimes is perception how people perceive you...There are lots of guys out there who i would like to punch just by the perception and they dont live close by...Imagine now if you was living close by this person...JUST BY THE PERCEPTION...There is innumerable thing that can happen....There is a lot of gay people out there too...SEXUALLY YOU LOOK MORE ATTRACTIVE FAT/BUFFY THAN SKINNY...

There are sort of speak, books or history older than the BIBLE...GAZILLION YEARS OLDER THAN THE BIBLE...ANY BIOLOGIST WILL TELL YOU THAT...

You know something i just realized 2 nights ago about the human body??? you know the Star Trek, space ship, invet it so that the head is looking upwards and the exhaust pipes are touching the floor...That´s the human body..NOw look at the torso/abdomen of that inverted image...is not a supported structure...All the way of the torso is falling down to the ground...Yeah you might think of yourself as bean a 1, straight structure but you spend most of the time moving, leaving the abdomen to sort of fall on the ground even though is not...I dont know what it means but i never heard any literature about it and is not been studied...it will seen to me that with that structure you will not be getting the full energy from working out, specially if you walk...Yet look at a spider, it can hold more weight because structurally it has more legs which holds and each leg picks up the other leg´s failure...That´s why it can walk with so much weight on...

This is why i dont favor, working out too hard with heavy dumbells because after time you get too tired and you quit...This is why i favor the weight vest or ankle weights...

Also guys i know in fitness there is a battle between: Working out all the time and nutrition...Just the same way there is one in intelligence/smartness between nurture and environment...But i´VE ALWAYS Favored/tilted, more towards, NUTRITION, what you eat, something tells me is what you eat...I think i said before, is the, CELLULAR LEVEL THAT RULES...IN THIS WORLD IS THE CELLULAR LEVEL THAT RULES...AGAIN, WE ARE NOT MONARKS OF THIS WORLD, WE ARE A BABIES IN A JUNGLE...THIS ENTIRE PLANET, THE WAY LIFE AROUSE AND THAT WE ARE HERE AND THERE IS NO PLANET IN THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE THAT HARBORS LIFE THIS PLANET IS LIKE A GIANT MAZE OF THE MYSTERIOUS, the FACT THAT THE UNIVERSE IS BLACK..OF ALL THE DARN COLORS...The fact that, INSECTS LOOK FUNNY LOOKING...

You know i favor the weight vest over the ankle weights, BUT the ankle weights you can use it all day long, when you go to work all 7 DAYS OF THE WEEK, the weight vest you cant take it to work and you will not dare wear it to a party while the ankle/wrist weight you can...Unless they pass legislation or trends change or talk to your boss...stuff i am talking about...
