my youngest sister, remember when i told you she was in bed for like 2 weeks where she could not get up, with including fever...Here i was talking to her and i just remember the following....

she is very thin and i had recomended her to wear the ankle weights...She told me she wore it for like 1 month every day, everywhere she went....And i thought, that´s what probably caused her to: be in bed were she could not move her legs, sick...

I also remember something, i could not remember...Remember when i told you i had lost: 50 or 55 pounds...

I did it running on the park with the: ANKLE WEIGHTS ON...I only did it for 2 1/2 months...Actually it was: 1 month and 3 weeks...Ran for 10 minutes 3 different times of the day, 3 times a week...There is a field close by by where i live...

That´s why those ankle weights need to be regulated and calibrated...

And my youngest sister told me she was planing to continue wearing it i had to tell her to dump it, and she is too skinny already....

I heard that lightening is: 50 times hotter than the Sun...There is: 60 seconds in 1 minutes and 60 minutes in 1 hour...Then you multiply: 60 hours by 12 hours of the day...And is: 2.5 Million seconds in an 8 hour period...

In 1 year there will be: 946 Million seconds of 12 hour periods....

There is: 16 Million thunderstorms in 1 year...i will there there is: 300 to 400 lightenings in a thunderstorm....

If a lightening is 50 times hotter than the Sun then an artificial sun using thunderstorms lightning will have to be: 50 times smaller than the Sun...Or 2 Earths...the distance from Earth to the Sun and factoring the speed of light and the dimension of Earth i dont know what´s the answer but it tells me that the Artificial Sun will have to be: 50 or 70 times smaller than the 2 Earths and right here on Earth closer to Earth....

not coming up with that SuperBoost Energy Drink/gum is threat of Global Security......

And you need to start treating Gyms as hospitals as a medical profession....

And rich people and the rich people community...There is no reason why, NO ONE IN YOUR FAMILY SHOULD BE FAT.....Instead of buying your niece a phantom a: $300,000 or $600,000 car, buy her a: $55,000 CORVETTE/MERCEDES BENZ/JAGUAR/ and with the rest of the money, get her a superb work out fitness program to lose that weight...When you have someone super fat in your family is as if someone in your family has been hit by a bullet....

In fitness you will learn that dancing alone is one of those practices that burns one of the most calories in fitness...Teens, and young adults love to go to clubs and dance move their bodies...I think most women love dancing...And i thought, why not wear a thin ankle and wrist weight but made out of metal because the sand will make a lot of noises.....

That way when you turn 32 you will not be as fat, curbing obesity....Basically you will have a workout in the dance floor....Help you stay in shape and keep that body you always wanted to keep...

The Dance Floor will become basically the NEW GYM....What worries me though is that dancing is an accelerated movement, is as if you are playing soccer, and i´ve already told you that when you sleep with your ankle weights you feel like your heart is going to stop and you get the most vivid dreams which is scary and that was only with the ankle weights imagine now the ankle weights and the wrist weights...Walking with Ankle weights is different, dancing who knows what will happened to you, that´s why you should wear thin metal weighing very little, to compensate...You go to a dance floor club with a regular ankle weight and next thing you know you might be flying towards Heaven or Hell...It could lower your blood sugar too much again who knows what could happen...

and that was only with the ankle weights imagine now the ankle weights and the wrist weights so it looks LIKE YOU WILL GO TO HEAVEN...

Grapes, make Grape Juice:  Saw this clip on CNN about a latino farmer that had a vineyard and it had me thinking...WHO IN THIS WORLD ENJOYS EATING GRAPES...Why not use grapes and create: Grape Juices that way the juices will cost less...Grapes is THE or the second most powerful fruit for its benefits in the fruits kingdom....It will help fights all sorts of ailments and help people have: strong immune system possibly prevent colds...Dude when someone has a colds people with colds cost the: USA: $50 Billion dollars a year from employee productivity.....You could give them to little kids build their immune systems, i think it makes the blood of the body better flow, who knows it could help dissolve blood clots, cleans arteries rust....Give it to the elderly, possibly help fight pneumonia, bronchitis, allergies, lung problems, help fight diabetes, it could lower blood sugar, lower your blood pressure, who knows...

Roaches in the Sink or Thub: Roaches carrry all sorts of microorganisms inside, someone could place a roach in someone´s tub or roaches could walk through someone´s tub/sink and sponge without you not knowing you grab the sponge or stand where the roach was and maybe it will pass down from your skin to your body and give you: pneumonia...Or if you drink where the sponge swoop, you could ingest it dude roaches crawls on rats many times i´ve seen it first hand...And rats carry all sorts of microorganisms...

What about people who get their home destroyed by natural disasters, they could help cost the person less money in insurance....
