My goodness, as closely as the military is to the president, I feel very sure he was aware of this statute before he took office. In the meanwhile Pres Trump has put Dems on blast for the world to see that they do not represent the American people to the point of derelict if not treasonous agenda. Strategy has worked.

Good discussion. Since the media has been hair-on-fire to condemn the Covington kids, it brings into clear focus the extent they've gone to condemn Pres Trump. They want to define our reality, for us to accept their characterization of events without question. I'm glad there is an attorney who is taking them to task. In the interview he states the basis upon which he will be filing. I hope he is instrumental into reshaping the media back to reporting facts. If he secures an enforceable judgment which causes some companies to fold then so be it.
