Rarely do I have to change TTT midday, but when you rearrange it to know what's touching, it can help to decide eve plays. Kind of a "you guessed that TTT wrong" kind of correction.

Some observations from many months of using this:
--to get a double, you can use the mirror of the number. so if a 2 and a 7 are touching, this could be a 22 or a 77.
--3 = 3 or 0. All other regular rules apply, ie. 6=9.
--If the UA digits are a double, this increases the likelihood that a double will fall in one or both states that day. Also, a double allows for a two digit PK 4 combo too.
