I'm on the left. I was the Plane Captian of that plane, number 103. I had to be board certified to be a Plane Capatain. Later I was a hyraulic Mechanic for that specific Plane. We used to be called the "Firebirds". This picture was taken in Puerto Rico about 1985 or "86. The base was called Roosevelt Roads.

The pic below is me getting the Safety Pro of the month of February award. During a launch 8 months prior, I saw an access panel screw on the ground. The Quality Control guy was watching as I asked another crew member to install the screw.
