Sum 13 hit midday today, it's still due evening.

Took a capital L on sum 13.

Played all sets for 3 days, not today.

It's a shame, I posted the 3x4 forgot all about it.

Still playing, 697 for midday draw.

So, anyway, the split pair 3x4 and sum 13 364! for the midday winner.

It might make sense to start combining a few due filters.

Creamy garlic alfredo shells

Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12-15 large pasta shells (jumbo size)
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works well)
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta
  2. Boil the jumbo pasta shells in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Filling
  4. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Combine the shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in the garlic butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Stuff the Shells
  6. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spoon the chicken filling into each cooked pasta shell, being generous with the portions.
  7. Assemble the Dish
  8. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Arrange the stuffed shells on top. Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce evenly over the shells, ensuring they are well-coated.
  9. Top and Bake
  10. Sprinkle extra mozzarella cheese over the top. Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  11. Garnish and Serve
  12. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Pair with a crisp salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.

Tips for Perfect Stuffed Shells

  • Homemade Alfredo Sauce: For a richer flavor, make your own Alfredo sauce using butter, cream, and freshly grated parmesan.
  • Add Veggies: Sneak in some spinach or broccoli for added nutrients and color.
  • Make Ahead: Assemble the dish ahead of time and refrigerate until ready to bake. This is perfect for meal prep or entertaining.

Shopping at discount stores!

I often shop at discount stores, so, Burlington Coat Factory, has name brands for less.  I went looking for under clothes for my 6 year old niece.

Nope, nothing, the shelves was empty.

Went to Dollar General , Family Dollar, empty, one had a note, to ask for the items because, they are behind the counter.

Burlington Coat factory had a guard at the front door, with a bullet proof vest on and a City Police officer at the back.

Dollar Tree near me, said, "we are closing due to shoplifting"?

Even the Ruler grocery store, "Knock off Kroger", lmaooooooooooooooooo.

Now, they have the grocery bags you  need behind the counter, you have to pay for a bag, before they give it to you?

People still shoplifting like that?

A lot of shelves were empty, so, I guess they are getting ready for the price increase.

What are poor people to do?
