Every member of the Black Caucus has a "short", between their ears. The people who live in their districts should make better choices. There has to be more intelligent individuals living in those districts. Just like the people who live in Feinstein and Pelosi's districts. I lived in Silicon Valley for 13 years and cannot remember meeting not one person as stupid as those 3 individuals.

CARBO, you might try reading the article before you comment, I did. There is no mention of Black Caucus in the article. That's just your racist viewpoint about all Blacks in a position of authority. You are a SAD individual in need of psychological help with RACISM.
