@ JAP69: Okay, I'll meet you half way on both the technical and constitutional aspects regarding Obamacare. The CSR's were never approved by Congress but were still dispersed which is 'technically' a violation of the Constitution. MORALLY though, Obama was simply trying to do the right thing for so many people on BOTH SIDES that were suffering. If it were Trump doing the exact same thing, you all would be commending him, too, for looking out for the American people...and you know it. Here's the REAL dead ringer, though. *If all the judges, courts, and Congress KNEW full well that it was illegal to disperse those funds, then WHY did they all just allow it to happen with SILENCE? Even right now, NONE of the Republicans talk about how illegal it is but, rather HOW EXPENSIVE IT IS AND HOW PEOPLE ARE FORCED TO PARTICIPATE. This speaks volumes because they're confirming the morality of the program.

In all the recent protests over the ACA, there were lots of Republicans in that mix, too. They didn't wanna lose any aspect of their policies...and those Republican Senators knew it. Tom Cotton to be specific. So, we can go down this road of how illegal its implementation was but, Trump also has TONS of illegalities going on right now along with TONS of NON-MORALITY to keep it company. Trump is the ONLY man still in high power right now AFTER HAVING ALREADY GROPED AND GRABBED WOMEN BY THE PU**SY....AND THEN BRAGGED.

LL, these same people blamed Obama for everything that went wrong for 8 years. Now it's their turn and they can't take it. Just search the threads and you'll see just how evil and disgusting some were. We focus on what Trump is doing that is detrimental to the American people in general and people of color in particular. Much of their hate for Obama was/is racial. Some still can't get over the fact that a black man was elected twice. Now that they know how it feels. Some still try to use Obama in their hate and bigoted filled rants. But make no mistake, what goes around, comes around.
