Likely not S.F.

We're thinking L.A. area or Seattle area.

Although, we did see 3 major volcanic eruptions before the mega quake event.

Some of the volcanic events were partly dream precognition and part intuitive calculation.

Most of the time, we only get about 2-3 months precognition of the event when we sense the death of large numbers of people at about the same time.

The precognition can take the form of a an awake state dream or wave of emotion; and/or a sleeping dream event, in some cases that can wake us in emotional trauma and remain in a contiguous dream state, like what happened months before 9-11.
