Do something about the lack luster lower tier prizes.
Looks like in the Powerball, People caught on about the fact that a multiplier option dose not improve their chances of winning the lower tier.
What's really bad are those 2nd, 3rd and some 4th place prize payouts.
They Do Not reflect the probability of winning.
