Corrections Guards attacks are up to 8.4 per month from 4.4 avg. The Unions are blaming the Mayor. The prison will be closing soon. And yes they do have a gang problem. It's almost a 100% guarantee you will get in a fight at Rikers Island. 100% guarantee. But that's in every prison. Denial won't fix it.
