I concur with our jury members Sully,Jarason, konane :-)

This man made a mistake unlike another sailor, a Naval intelligence spy, Jonathan Pollard, who intentionally betrayed his country's secrets. OB pardoned him & released him from parole thus permitted him to leave our country - good credence!
