In the thread you referenced it mentions the Iowa Lottery's use of the words "computerized game" in the rules for All or Nothing. That is not referring to the drawing type; it is an older way of referring to a lotto game that is sold with the use of a computer (the lottery terminal). As opposed to scratch-off tickets, which are not "computerized games".

Well, that beats all get out.

We can't find any verbage in the Iowa game rules for All-Or-Nothing that says ball or mechanical anything.

Nomenclature is what is, but does that mean the All-Or-Nothing was never computerized based on a play of wording?

We think there's more there than can be said about a single word.

The now-defunct multi-state All or Nothing game used traditional ball drawings, but I totally understand people being skeptical about any ball drawing when the public is barred from seeing a video. The great thing about ball drawings is that it is possible to witness the actual drawing, so it is strange that any lottery would choose to conduct them out of the public eye. It does not mean that something nefarious is going on, but hiding the drawing does nothing to inspire confidence.

All doubt removed when the pudding is in hand.

We know proof by analogy is not proof, good enough, but it does present the plausible.

However, why then was the Lottery Post Report Card changed to reflect a computerized game if were not so?

In that, the plausible is looking more possibly, true?

Which game are you referring to that was changed on the report card from balls to computers?

it's posted in the topic link we posted at the beginning and it has links to the history of the changes.
