Elizabeth I've had a bunch of cats but never offered any of them coffee before.

I have one now maybe I'll see if she likes it...but it's hard enough to get her to drink water...have to put a 2nd bowl in a bedroom along with the one in the kitchen.

That way she'll drink out of one...she's already spoiled rotten!

I just got her from the shelter on June 27th and she is around 5 1/2 years old.

Thank you Hearstrax for urging me to get another cat when my precious other 2 had to be
put down for cancer...one was 12 and the other one was 10...male and female.

I had made up my mind I was not going to get another one but changed my mind and so glad I did....sorry I wrote so much in your blog...it's YOUR blog not mine...lol

Vergie6, Hello, good talking with you. I am in Canada! I had a cat years ago, that decided one day that she or he, I can't remember, wanted to drink from my cup of coffee. I t was not hot. And she drank drank just a little bit.. it was very interesting.I enjoy chatting with other people, that like cats as well. Also I have an older cat, and wonder how long she is in the world for. Hello to hearsetrax again also!

Cats can live anywhere from around 10 to 19 or 20 years old at the most. I had a friend
who had one to live for 19 years but he was blind and meowed all the time so she finally put him
out of his misery...well she didn't the vet did....he could not get around good either.
