May end up in the Supreme Court yet.
Sounds like a delay tactic to keep Flynn from talking or joining the Trump team.
I do not see Sullivan dismissing the case.

Thanks JAP. Yep keep it going another 5 years. They said he was a highly respected judge. Just lost mine.
