"Klaatu barada nikto" is a phrase that originated in the 1951 science fiction film The Day the Earth Stood Still. The humanoid alien protagonist of the film, Klaatu (Michael Rennie), instructs Helen Benson (Patricia Neal) that if any harm befalls him, she must say the phrase to the robot Gort (Lockard Martin).
We will see what happens in that small area of Seattle, Washington that is void of cops.
Remember what happened on the Alcatraz Island in the San Francisco bay when it was temporarily taken over by Indians. The police knew the outcome. The weather forced the Indians off. Too cold with very little shelter, food, etc. No need for military action.
