Yup agreed, what a malicious bozo for doing such a thing, even dumber for posting a video online for what, some views, then comes jail time. It was a reckless assault. Video footage is a good thing of the modern era. Good thing for cameras, video phones of today wish they had this technology back in the 40's 50's 60's.The guy definitely deserves some kind of punishment but 10 or 20 years is a bit much don't you think.

The cupcake manager who was getting beat up will be scared for life. If he had any courage and defended himself chances are Macy’s would have fired him so it was a no win situation. Be labeled a wimpy coward for the rest of your life or fight back and lose your job. The instigator need at least a 1-2 year stint in prison if not I guarantee this will be the beginning of a life long crime spree. At 18 years of age, he most likely already has a lengthy juvenile record and just showed to the world his capability of being a model citizen as he enters adulthood.

Unfortuanately, with few courageous exceptions (i.e. Dr Thomas Sowel),this goes to show you how many blacks really feel (by not publicly coming out against this ) and how evil the media is by not getting this out.
