Shocking surveillance camera was rolling as a father walking with his little daughter across the street was gunned down in broad daylight the Bronx section of New York City as they traveled home.

David Dinkins mayoral era of 2,200 murders a year, OUCH, grwurston   that hurt.....do you recall during Mayor Lindsey of the Silk Stocking district in Manhattan was conducting a city hall public meeting when all of a sudden this disgruntled Black American lady jumps up yelling "my job is to have kids and your job is to take care of them."right on TV - followed by a hush as all were silenced.
