I think there are systems that recycle used motor oil to be used for heating.
I found it with a quick search. That business is throwing away money.

That's a dirty rotten lowdown thing to do.
Charging people to change their oil and then dumping the drain oil on someone else's property and neighborhood. I'd be pissed too. Somebody oughta get locked up for that.
But they won't.
