Bannon will take this to the Supreme Court otherwise.
Congress has no authority to investigate crime.

This will be another effort that blows up in their faces and serves only to increase Bannon's exposure and viewership. It's like a comedy of errors for Democrats. It always is. All the seething hatred always comes back on them. But they're obnoxious, you can't tell them anything.
