Didn't watch the entire sentencing hearing but from what I saw, Brooks was escorted out of the courtroom three times for disrupting the proceedings. Most legal experts say he was just looking for either a mistrial or he liked the food in his jail.

Wisconsin has no death penalty so that wasn't an issue.
