Yes. Omega-3 is good, make sure the multi-vitamin has good dissolution properties. I use Omega-3 Berry complex, Lutein (eyes), and Life-pak (every couple days). I just went to the opthamologist and he said what I was doing was good and to add 6mg. Lutein daily. I have yet to hear any negative effects of Omega-3, it is good for you. Multi-vitamins should be of the best quality you can afford, because if they don't dissolve well you basically end up pee-ing them out, and with the multi-vitamins eat a little something when you take them.

I take omega-3 three times a day with food. I do it religously. It's good for the heart and the cardiovasular system. Also for the eyes, and all the cells of your body.

I definintely feel less stressed.

I used to also take Ruby Reds, but stopped because it was too expensive. It basically has all the benefits of a lot of the fruits and veggies without having to eat 20 pounds of them a day. I should start on that again.
