* True, but Pomo wants nothing to do with the Gym Jordan Committee. He will plead the 5th because....
* He knows Jordan is not an attorney & I'd out of his league.
* Pomo doesn't like Jordan's style of shouting at witnesses as though raising one's voice will get to the truth.
