Kentucky lowered their state tax last year and most seniors pay no state tax at all. Not a lot of good paying labor jobs in KY of WVA and probably why housing is lower. Didn't move because of that, but KY and WVA have great lotteries. Where else can you get $600 for hitting a pick 3 straight on every drawing?
