“ Reminds me of Red of Shawshank Redemption being denied parole after parole until he said “F it” and finally get released.

At least the taxpayers and children are safe from the convicted criminals & repeat violators.... Might actually be a good thing, unless you enjoy being a victim. Having to serve your time..HMPH !!! whodda thunk it ?
