J6ers should use the same defense. Prosecution withholding evidence.
Not only that the judge is not allowing evidence to be presented by the defense.

* Baldwin did not get on set knowing he was going to point a gun & kill someone. Baldwin did not load live ammo into his pistol & cause mayhem.

* On the other hand: The J 6th folks went to Washington, some armed with weaponry, expecting to engage in some conflict to stop the certification of Joe Biden as Potus. What is wrong with you people?

* Ever seen any J6 stormtroopers " throwing up at the Capital?" over what they had done?
