The ballots are now public record, but the voters identity on the mail in ballots is still being kept secret.
So how do we know that the person whose name is on the ballot is a legal voter, that their address and signature matches what is on record, they didn't vote more than once, or didn't fill out or sign multiple ballots for others? These are the main problems with mail in voting.
Being able to now see the ballots can tell you if there are more ballots than registered voters but it doesn't really fix the other issues.

There needs to be more penalties (prison sentences) for the  Republicans who intimidate poll workers and make fake electors. And so called politicians who call and ask for 11,000 votes

I'd say 15 to 25 years for creating fake electors.  Put them in prison and throw away the key.

Where it says Mother of Child, look all the way over to the right where it says color or race of mother. It says Caucasion. Not Asian, not Indian, not Black, or anything else. This is an official document registered in the state of California that was filled out by the parents. Everyone one has a BC including you. If her mother said that she (the mother) is Caucasion then that is what she is. If you have a problem with it then take it up with her.
