"As part of an Oct. 10 update from the FSIS, the recall now includes more than 200 different products from a number of popular brands. The USDA's full list of recalled products with photos of product labels can be found here.

That is massive, Listeria can be tricky, if conditions are not right for replication, they can grow a shell and become trapped in the intestines, when conditions are right they replicate, that's why there is a 10 week window.
Thank you Konane, my freezer if full of chicken.

Thanks Sully. I didn't know about the shell awaiting a time to replicate. A lot of videos are saying we need to go back to preparing/growing our own food which seems prudent and sensible, especially with food chain issues.

Thanks CDanaT. Yes it was lengthy. Same with me I don't use those but wanted to let people know. Better safe than sorry. Have a feeling home cooked meals will return as the norm.
