Someone sees a celebrity, athlete, movie star, musician, etc at a party, club, event, where ever, and asks, Can I get a picture?" The celebrity says, Sure. The photo is taken and they both go on their merry way. The entire encounter lasted maybe 10 or 15 seconds. The fan is happy and excited and will remember it forever and the celebrity forgets about it 5 seconds later because they've done it countless times and they don't even know the persons name.
Years later someone asks the celebrity, Do you know so and so? They say no. Then they break out  the old photo and ask, Then who is this?   What do you expect them to say?
