* People the world over are cautioned to stay away from the island, but this imbecile refused to heed the warning. Keep him locked up for a year.

* Those islanders could get infected with a disease from outsiders which could wipe out the tribe. This is common knowledge & if this guy is looking for sympathy, reach for a dictionary.
