As explained in my earlier post, I chose to group the Vtracs as Singles, doubles and triples. However  as you put it in your last paragraph,much as  filtering down the 220 unique combos lowers your waging costs, it does eliminate the very combos that are likely  to be drawn as OH lottery does swing from one  sum group  or Vtrac group or LHO/OE group to another

Henceforth, for those with minimum waging budget and who don't mind consistently winning every  draw game  but only winning several games, its imperative one focuses only on playing one core group,  notably the most frequently drawn group, the medium Sum group bearing in mind that when this Low medium group isn't drawn, they lose their waging period. The opposite is true and guaranteed for the MID SUM group only with 28 or less combos per Sum Code  mid range Sum 10 to Sum 19 ( 10/15 11/16 12/17 13/18 14/19 as featured above.
