Believe the 'gift jet from Qatar' is to the Defense Department, not a personal one to President Trump which would trigger the Emoluments clause.

* No sitting President should get gifts worth hundreds of millions whilst in office. Perhaps Qatar knows that Trump is always for sale. They didn’t try that with Obama or Biden- Trump isn’t a felon for nothing.
