I see realtors are getting calls from people who want to bail out of town.

He wants to create city run grocery stores and make mass transit free. All the subway and bus riders will vote for him just for that. But there's a catch. 40% of the MTA's operating budget comes from fares and tolls. When that revenue is gone how will he replace it? Higher taxes, more fees, cuts in services? He isn't telling you that part. Think about it N.Y.
Just because the wrapping paper looks nice, doesn't mean the gift in the box is.
