I didn't cook any meat for the past 2 days.
But, I have a order for Wednesday.
Baked chicken, cabbage, corn on the cob, and, I think I will make a 7-layer salad.
And, I have a lot of apples, so, apple turn overs, I made some peach cobbler turn overs this week.
I'll think of something else to add.
Some folks are vegan, I have to figure out how to cook these mushrooms.
I did the squash and Zucchini, but, I didn't cook anything else to go with it, so, we shall see!

I retired almost 1 year this month.
Just been cooking, eating and going to the doctor, lol
