Trump's cleaning up the huge mess the Biden admin left us in. Remember he was the one that let 20M plus cross the border from all over the world, many of whom that do not like us. Remember the 9.1% inflation and $5/gal gas all created to get rid of fossil fuels in order to push the green new deal? Gas prices go up everything else goes up along with it because it costs more to ship it. That's not Trump's fault. You think that goes away over night? And in case you don't realize it inflation is cumulative. Meaning prices never go back to what they originally were. If they did we'd be still be paying 25 cents/gal. like back in the 60's. So we're going to be feeling the effects of that 9.1% for a long time to come.
Other countries have been tariffing the heck out of us for decades and now we finally have someone that says, no more of that. You don't want to pay the tariffs, then make your product in the US and create good jobs here. That helps our economy.
Car Co's are losing billions not because of tariffs but because they were forced by Biden's GND into producing EV's which nobody wanted. Now they sit on the lots and they can't give them away. That's not Trump's fault.
You want people/economy to do better? Tell Jerome Powell to lower the interest rates by more than 1/4%. You think the high rates are helping the housing industry? High rates equals no sales, no sales equals no homes built, no homes being built equals no paychecks for people that build homes. Same with the auto industry.
