* Probably have a rich buyer or buyers  all set up ready, ready for the transaction. This was a ballsy move, and offloading this stuff should be no biggie. Some rich pri** probably has a vast collection of stolen stuff not seen in years if not decades.
* The collectors in pricey stolen stuff.
