The House will have to vote on it meaning Johnson will have to seat elected Arizona Congresswoman, Adelita Grijalva and opening the door to House voting to open hearings on all the Epstein files.

It doesn't look that was the goal of the Dems in the Senate or they voted to end the shutdown 5 weeks ago. But it sure looks like that was Johnson's goal because he did absolutely nothing to find a solution to reopen the government.
