How do they know it's a misspelling?
It may be a real learing  center where they lear at the children to rank the quality of their mole stability  from most desirable to least desirable..
All on taxpayers money.
It might have been done that way to look like a mistake so they could hide in plain sight.
Or it could be a mistake... just don't put anything by them
