I guess the salary  & gov. bennies didn't cut it, $44K- $60K to start is nothing these days, right?

So he's stealing a bunch of gov't checks for other people by stuffing them in his shirt, and then he's going to cash them himself by making a bunch of fake ID's. Has that plan ever worked before?
