The food stamps should be used for food that is healthy and nutritious, not candy and junk food.

This lawsuit sounds like they are looking for a big payday. To be paid for by the hard working taxpayers not on the gov't dole of course. Which begs the question, if they can't even afford to buy their own food then how can they afford to pay for lawyers?
