* As an example: a burglar breaks into your home, attacks your family, in arrested & sent to jail and then a new Sheriff in town decides to released the burglar from prison and now wants him or her to be paid for attacking your family?

* That’s what Trump wants our taxpayer dollars to be used for.

As for the burglar story that sounds like something they do in a blue state. lilben, I guess you didn't see the videos where everything was peaceful until one out of control cop started shooting flash bangs, rubber bullets and tear gas into the crowds on the lawn even though other cops were telling him not to because it would make the crowd angry and the wind was blowing the gas right back at them or the protester on the lawn with the bullet through his cheek.  You didn't see the video of cops smashing windows and blaming it on protesters, the two women who were beaten by cops with batons one of whom died. (The msm claimed she ODed) The cop that pushed a protester off a 35 foot wall. The cop that deliberately dropped a gun magazine and later a gun on the floor inside the capitol for protesters to pick up, and then didn't react when a "protester" later pointed it in their direction, the cops holding open doors for protesters to come in. Can you say entrapment? The one where a cop led a handcuffed "protester" down a hall to a group of other cops, uncuffed him and then they all fist bumped each other.  There are criminals that kill people that get less jail time then the protesters did.
Did you feel this way about the blm protesters?
