I'd throw a couple of bucks to these unfortunate folks just for their creativity. In a country like this, there is absolutely no good reason, especially vets, to live like this. I know most are asking for money to aide their alchohol or drug use, but I can't imagin not giving because those who really need it for food, will be deprived in the process of generalizing.
