Can't watch videos without loading forever

All my security scans don't show anything out of the ordinary. I Uninstalled Adobe Flash Player, and reinstalled the latest version from their site..
I'm at my wits end. It takes 8 minutes to download a 10 mb file.

I had an idea they would work because every two weeks or so the vids don't work, and then work again, but I figured Youtube, and others were updating or something....I don't know...all I know is that it's working now.....
