I didn't get past the first paragraph because I recognized the writing as that of Sorcha Faal. Generally recognized as a CIA disinfo source.

The word is, although "Sorcha" poses as a woman, it's actually a male (forgot his name) who works for the CIA. Faal's website is WhatDoesItMean.com

Read her archived articles and you'll see some doozies that never panned out. I think "she" was the one who started the false rumor about a NK submarine being responsible for the gulf oil rig explosion.
