Maybe he can contact the white house and get their handbook on how to prepare press releases. Also the list of talking points to put down a news story.
If I remeber correctly the news media was taught a lesson on what to print by the white house staff when this administration took office. I remember a lot of articles that got scrubbed off the net when this adminstration took office. Probably still goes on.
